Biography/Description

Louise McAtee Higgins’s work celebrates natures design. The flowing lines and patterns of the images portray a deep connection and observation of the land and its features. Fascinated by the history of place and why and how people have settled., our relationship with the seasons and the solar and lunar cycles, and how we utilise nature to salve our bodies and minds, in a physical and spiritual communion. “In landscapes my mind wanders to a place where I can see paintings everywhere. My work is a world where people and landscape often interact”
