Biography/Description

Ewen’s passion for his photography was nurtured whilst studying woven textile design in the early 1980’s. His skill in creating inimitable images has developed from a close interest in the superlative characteristics of the unique light found in Argyll, the Highlands and around the Scottish Islands. Add rich textures & patterns combined with the unique colours of all things rustic and you discover wonderful photographic landscape, abstract and wildlife imagery that Ewen has fashioned from his adventures around Scotland.

From Oban, take the A85 towards Connel. Continue through Connel. Just as you enter the 30mph zone for Taynuilt, turn left (sign post, Airds Bay). Take the first left, (stone gate posts, open gate) when you come to the fork, where you will be able to see the house, keep left .
