Biography/Description

The Multiple Sclerosis Centre Mid Argyll est in 1996, open by the community for the community.
The centre has grown since then offering a wide range of support services at the Snowdrop, MS centre Lochgilphead and Outreach visits across Mid Argyll, Kintyre, Islay & Jura
After our first successful year being part of Art Map displaying the beautiful work of our quilters we have decided to do it again this year, we will display all the hard work that our members create and feel passionate about.

The Snowdrop centre, MS Mid Argyll support people affected by long term conditions across Mid Argyll, Kintyre, Islay and Jura. This is a critical service to many people across these areas.
The Snowdrop Centre is in the heart of the community in Lochgilphead delivering many services Monday – Friday 9-5, these are all run by three members of staff, Karen, Laurene and Claire.
When you pop in to visit you will meet the staff, volunteers and artists themselves. You will also have the chance to buy some of the beautiful items and buy a raffle ticket for the MS Centre’s summer raffle. All money raised during art map will be donated to the centre.
