Melissa Humber
Biography/Description
Melissa Humber lives in Lochbuie – a magical corner of the Isle of Mull. The wild, surreal nature of the Scottish islands provide endless inspiration for her latest series of landscape paintings. Her work is often described as joyful, haunting, sensitively detailed and capable of evoking memories of the dreamlike qualities of the Hebrides. Since graduating with a BA in Fine art in 2019, she moved to Mull and continues to focus on her artistic development. Paintings and prints are available in Lochbuie’s Old Postoffice and in Tobermory’s An Tobar gallery.
