Emma Wells and Adam Harvey

Published by Emma Wells on

Biography/Description

An eclectic mix of glass and ceramics created by Emma and Adam in their shared studio on the shore of Loch Fyne.
Emma creates romantic designs in printed and kiln-fired glass, inspired by the Victorian era and evoking bygone days and faded grandeur. Insect motifs and flowers are a predominant feature of her unique ‘house jewellery’. Adam is inspired by textures and forms found in the natural world and also the degradation and decay of man made objects. Working in porcelain, his small scale sculptural vessels are created by throwing and hand building techniques..
