Debbi Silcock
After Art School in the 70’s and a BA Hons in 3D Design in 2009, Debbi has worked constantly in creative employment. Illustrating, Sign Writing, Framing, Tutoring and becoming an Artisan Maker.
Having being inspired by this landscape for almost 40 years Debbi finally moved to the area 3 years ago.
She uses many different media in her work and currently Wool and Fibres. She loves naturally dyeing and spinning British wool and native fibres. Debbi is researching native local plants which may have been used for dyeing in the Neolithic and Bronze Age.
